PHU XUAN INDUSTRIAL PARK (EZ.PARK DAK LAK I) ACCELERATES CONSTRUCTION OF KEY INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENTS

Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ez.Park Dak Lak I) continues to accelerate the implementation of key infrastructure components, marking an important step toward realizing a modern, green and sustainable industrial park in the Central Highlands.

Currently, the project is focusing on the construction of two fundamental infrastructure components: the regulating reservoir and the centralized wastewater treatment plant. These facilities play an important role in completing the technical infrastructure, contributing to a high-quality investment environment and meeting sustainable development requirements.

The regulating reservoir is planned to support water regulation, enhance drainage capacity, improve the microclimate and create a green landscape throughout the industrial park. In parallel, the centralized wastewater treatment plant is being developed in accordance with the project schedule, with the aim of meeting environmental protection standards and supporting the project’s development orientation in line with ESG standards.

Prioritizing investment in environmental infrastructure from the early stages demonstrates Ez.Park Dak Lak I’s commitment to developing an industrial park that is not only modern in terms of infrastructure but also in harmony with the environment, meeting the needs of both domestic and international enterprises.

With a total area of 313 hectares, located in Cuor Dang Commune, Dak Lak Province, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ez.Park Dak Lak I) is positioned to become an agro-forestry processing hub, a new industrial hub in the Central Highlands, and a green and sustainable investment destination. The project focuses on developing an integrated infrastructure system, optimizing logistics connectivity and building an ecosystem that supports businesses in implementing their investments quickly and efficiently.

In the coming period, Ez.Park Dak Lak I will continue to accelerate the construction of planned infrastructure components, progressively completing its technical infrastructure to be ready to welcome investors, while contributing to industrial development and enhancing the value of agricultural supply chains in the Central Highlands.
