PHU XUAN INDUSTRIAL PARK (EZ.PARK DAK LAK I): CONNECTING COMMUNITIES, CREATING SHARED VALUE

On June 23, 2026, at Cuôr Đăng Commune, Dak Lak Province, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) organized a charitable program to present gifts to disadvantaged households in the local community.

The initiative reflects EZ.PARK's long-term commitment to sustainable development and demonstrates its dedication to supporting local communities from the very beginning of the project's development journey.

More than providing material assistance, the program aimed to foster meaningful connections, promote compassion, and create lasting social value in the community where the project is being developed.

Corporate Social Responsibility – An Integral Part of EZ.PARK Dak Lak I's Sustainable Development Strategy

At EZ.PARK Dak Lak I, developing an industrial park means more than building infrastructure or attracting investment. It is about creating a sustainable industrial ecosystem where businesses, local authorities, and communities can grow together.

As Dak Lak continues to expand its industrial development, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) is envisioned as a new industrial hub for Vietnam's Central Highlands, with a strategic focus on agro-forestry processing, green industries, and other high-value manufacturing sectors.

Alongside economic development, EZ.PARK believes that the long-term success of an industrial park should also be measured by the positive impact it creates for surrounding communities.

For this reason, community engagement, social welfare, and charitable initiatives are not standalone activities, but essential components of the project's long-term sustainability strategy.

Creating Meaningful Impact Through Community Engagement

The gift-giving program was organized to support disadvantaged families living in Cuôr Đăng Commune, where Phu Xuan Industrial Park is currently under development.

While modest in material value, each gift represented encouragement, hope, and solidarity, helping local families overcome challenges and build confidence for the future.

A representative of EZ.PARK Dak Lak I shared:

"We believe that the success of an industrial park should not only be measured by investment scale or modern infrastructure, but also by the positive value it brings to local communities. Sustainable development begins with mutual understanding, trust, and long-term partnership with the place where we invest."

Through initiatives like this, EZ.PARK aims to strengthen relationships with local residents and establish a solid foundation for harmonious development between businesses and the community.

EZ.PARK Dak Lak I – Building a Modern, Green and Sustainable Industrial Park

As part of the EZ.PARK ecosystem developed by GS Holding, EZ.PARK Dak Lak I embraces the philosophy "Think Easy Do Better", focusing on developing modern industrial parks that are efficient, integrated, and investor-friendly.

Covering 313 hectares, the project benefits from several strategic advantages:

• Located in one of the largest agro-forestry production regions in Vietnam's Central Highlands.
• Convenient connectivity to National Highway 14 and major regional transportation corridors.
• Significant potential for value-added agro-processing industries.
• Competitive investment costs with strong long-term growth prospects.

EZ.PARK Dak Lak I is strategically positioned to become:

• A leading agro-forestry processing hub
• A new industrial growth center for the Central Highlands
• A destination for green and sustainable investment

Beyond supporting industrial development, the project is expected to generate employment opportunities, enhance regional infrastructure, and contribute to the socio-economic development of Dak Lak Province.

Industrial Development with a Strong Commitment to Society

As the industrial park sector evolves toward more sustainable development models, corporate social responsibility has become an increasingly important consideration for both investors and infrastructure developers.

At Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I), sustainability extends beyond technology, operational efficiency, and investment performance. It also means creating lasting positive impacts for society and the environment.

The community support program in Cuôr Đăng Commune reflects this commitment and marks the beginning of a series of social initiatives that EZ.PARK will continue to implement in partnership with local communities.

Creating Value Today, Growing Together with Dak Lak Tomorrow

The success of an industrial project should be measured not only by economic growth but also by the value it creates for people and society.

Guided by the spirit of "Connecting Communities, Creating Shared Value," Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) remains committed to supporting social welfare initiatives, improving local livelihoods, and contributing to a more sustainable future for Dak Lak.

As EZ.PARK continues its journey to develop a new industrial growth hub for Vietnam's Central Highlands, we believe that meaningful transformation begins with genuine actions and long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
