Beyond promoting the project, the event also provided an opportunity for Ez.Park Dak Lak I to connect directly with the business community across the agricultural value chain, introduce Dak Lak’s investment potential and present its development orientation for a modern, green industrial park serving the agro-forestry processing sector and value-added industries.
Bridging the Industrial Park and the Agricultural Value Chain
Dak Lak has significant advantages in raw material resources, with key agricultural products including durian, coffee, pepper, macadamia nuts and other agro-forestry products. Among these, durian is becoming one of the fastest-growing agricultural products, particularly following the expansion of official exports to the Chinese market.
The rapid development of the durian industry is driving increasing demand for deep processing, post-harvest preservation, cold storage, logistics and integrated industrial infrastructure. This is also the development orientation being pursued by Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ez.Park Dak Lak I).
By participating in the 2nd Asia Durian Conference, Ez.Park Dak Lak I aims to introduce the business community to an industrial ecosystem planned to meet the development needs of agricultural processing enterprises, while providing a favorable foundation for establishing an integrated chain from raw material areas to production, processing and export.

Throughout the conference, the Ez.Park Dak Lak I booth welcomed numerous businesses, partners and investors in agriculture, food processing, logistics and international trade.
At the booth, the Ez.Park team presented an overview of the 313-hectare project, its development orientation in line with ESG standards, integrated infrastructure system and One-Stop Service model supporting investors from legal procedures through project implementation and operations.
Many businesses showed particular interest in Phu Xuan Industrial Park’s advantages in accessing the Central Highlands’ extensive raw material areas, its connectivity to interregional transport routes and its development orientation toward agro-forestry processing, logistics and supporting industries.
Direct discussions at the conference opened up various opportunities for cooperation while contributing to promoting Dak Lak as a promising investment destination for domestic and international businesses.
Welcoming the Delegation for an On-Site Project Visit
A highlight of the program was the site visit to Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ez.Park Dak Lak I) on July 16, 2026, attended by delegates from the 2nd Asia Durian Conference, including a large number of businesses from China.
At the project site, delegates directly visited the development area and learned about the industrial park’s master plan, development orientation and infrastructure system.
The business delegation also spent considerable time discussing investment needs in durian and agricultural processing, cold storage, logistics and supporting industries serving the agricultural supply chain.
The site visit provided businesses with a more direct understanding of the project’s development potential as well as opportunities to expand manufacturing operations in Dak Lak in the coming period.
Towards an Agricultural Processing Hub in the Central Highlands
With its advantages in raw material resources and strategic location, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ez.Park Dak Lak I) is positioned to become a new industrial hub in the Central Highlands, focusing on attracting the following sectors:
